Additional Information

  • One Standard Full Day Trip is 06:30 am to 10:30 pm.
  • All bookings under consideration are on a calendar day basis.
  • Reservations must be confirmed with a 20% Advance Payment.
  • Full Payment is payable immediately after the Trip.
  • A total waiting time is limited upto 60 mins for Airport Transfer Duties.
  • Pune Mumbai’s OneWay trips has been calculated for a maximum duration of 5 hours, with a run up to 175 km and there will be extra charges if the trip exceeds these limits.
  • Minimum 300 km / per day average will be applicable for Outstation Trips.
  • Driver Food allowance of Rs 300 per day & night Halt allowances of Rs 300 per night will be charged Extra if applicable.
  • Outstation Cabs cannot be used for Local Travel in their Origin Cities.
  • Car Air-Conditioner will be turned off on hilly routes & also when the Car is not in motion.
  • Tolls / Parking / Entry Fees will be borne by the Customer.
  • Any Changes in Travel Plan shall be informed at least 24hrs prior.
  • All the Rates are subject to Standard City and Day limits, kindly discuss your Travel Plans and Location etc in advance accordingly.
  • Kindly check the Odometer for your own records. Extra Fare may Apply if you Add, Change Destinations or Duration of Travel. Any unscheduled changes will attract Additional Charges as applicable.
  • “Zero Cancellation Charges” for cancellation made prior 24 Hours & 80% of invoice will be charged on the Event of No Show & Late Cancellation.
  • Please let us know about your Special Requests / Additional Choices in Advance, we will follow the same on best effort basis but No Refund / Cancellations will be processed based on failure to comply with such
    Special Requests / Additional Choices. 
  • For a Hassle-Free Travel Experience, please check the Govt Travel Guidelines, Weather Conditions and other relevant things before Planning the Trip; A refund or compensation will not be provided by Pune Cab Seva under
    any circumstances once a Car & Driver has been assigned. 
  • Pune Cab Seva reserves the right to amend, vary, add, amplify or waive any stipulation, representation, term, condition or charges mentioned in the information booklet.
